Kemnay Park and Pavilion Management Committee House Rules 1)
Each club leader is responsible for their members behaviour and to see
that the Pavilion is left neat and tidy during their let. 2)
Any points regarding item 1 MUST be reported to the committee
immediately. 3)
NO alcohol is to be consumed on the premises without written
permission from the committee. On
Entering: 1) When entering the pavilion check that it has been left in proper condition(if unacceptable please report it to the Pavilion Committee) 2) Record present meter reading in the book provided. On
Leaving: 1) Ensure all floors are swept or Vaccuumed accordingly. 2) Clean Kitchen tops, cooker if used and clean the sinks. 3) Clean toilets. 4) Ensure no food or drink is left. 5) Tables and chairs to be returned to their correct storage location. 6) Check all doors and windows are closed and secure. 7) Record present meter reading in book provided. 8) Switch off lights 9) Lock and check exit door. Cleaning
rules With
effect from July 24th 2003, clubs and users will be responsible for
their own cleaning and should abide by the following rules. After every Let
1)All rooms
must be mopped, brushed, and vacuumed as appropriate 2)All used
toilets, showers, hand basins and sinks must be left clean and with disinfectant
added where appropriate. 3)All used
towels, litter, bottles etc must be removed from the premises. Cleaning
materials must be returned to the kitchen cupboards. 4)Consumable
goods provided e.g. paper towels, toilet rolls must not be wasted. The cost of
these is met from the hire charge. 5)Any damage to
the property, furnishings or fittings must be reported to the secretary. The
User will be charged for any repairs or replacements required. 6)On leaving the
building switch off the Water heating, cooker, and lights and read the meter,
shut the windows and lock up. |
